Synchrony is seeking a strategic, innovative Vice President of ISV Channel Marketing Leader to build and scale a channel focused on Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) within the Home & Auto segment, with direct responsibility for Home Specialty ISV partners. This role will lead the development and execution of ISV channel marketing strategy across priority platform partners (e.g., ServiceTitan, WEX, Housecall Pro) and new partners in the business development pipeline. The VP will drive B2B2C growth by influencing ISV partner teams while also driving dealer/merchant acquisition, enablement, and activation inside ISV platform environments. Success in this role requires a strong leadership presence, comfort operating from executive-level strategy to hands-on execution, deep cross-functional collaboration, and working knowledge of technical integration models to translate product capabilities into compelling, compliant partner and dealer experiences.
