About The Position

Join 1 st United Credit Union as a strategic technology leader. The VP of IT & Cyber Security will oversee enterprise infrastructure, cloud solutions, cybersecurity programs, and business planning. Requirements

• 10-15 years of IT leadership experience, preferably in financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certifications in IT or cybersecurity.
• Expertise in cloud environments, networking, security protocols, and enterprise systems (Symitar/EASE preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT operations, infrastructure, and security programs; report KPIs monthly.

• Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and IT projects to deliver on time and within scope.
• Champion automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team; promote continuous learning.
