The Vice President of Human Resources at LPL Financial will serve as a senior business partner within the Client Success organization, focusing on driving dynamic change and supporting business growth. This role involves aligning HR strategies with business objectives, acting as an internal consultant on talent management and organizational development, and ensuring the delivery of Human Capital products and services.

  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and practices.
  • Develop strong relationships with senior level business leaders to advise on strategic and tactical plans.
  • Partner with managers and leaders to resolve employee performance and relations issues.
  • Lead and participate in special and cross-functional project teams.
  • Act as the voice of internal and external clients to facilitate improvements to HR policies and processes.
  • Focus on employee engagement and provide support, coaching, and mentorship to business leaders.
  • Provide creative solutions to complex business problems.
  • Identify and act on key metrics for decision-making.
  • Prepare and maintain materials to support initiatives with clients.
  • Develop methods for compiling and analyzing data for reports and special projects.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of professional level experience in Human Resources, with a minimum of 5 years in an HR management role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products and Human Resource Management Systems (Workday).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Superior consultative and influencing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • PHR or SPHR certification
  • Experience in the financial services industry
