About The Position

We are seeking a strategic and experienced VP of Human Resources to lead and elevate our HR function. In this role, you will own the development and execution of HR strategies that drive organizational growth, enhance employee experience, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You will serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership, champion company culture, and lead initiatives in talent acquisition, development, retention, and employee engagement across the organization.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles with responsibility for strategy, operations, and employee experience.
  • Proven experience leading HR teams and driving organization-wide HR initiatives.
  • Deep knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated success in talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, and organizational development.
  • Strong business acumen and experience partnering with executive leadership to drive organizational strategy.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience implementing HR technology solutions, HRIS systems, and leveraging data to inform decisions.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance tactical execution with long-term planning.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational performance.
  • Lead full-cycle talent acquisition efforts for all levels, including executive hiring, to ensure the company attracts and retains top talent.
  • Oversee onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and career development programs to promote employee growth and engagement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and employee relations matters.
  • Develop and maintain competitive compensation, benefits, and recognition programs that support employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, and maintain HR policies and procedures that meet legal and organizational requirements.
  • Lead initiatives to foster a positive organizational culture, reinforce company values, and support diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) goals.
  • Provide guidance on conflict resolution, performance issues, and employee relations, serving as an escalation point when needed.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform strategic decisions, identify opportunities for improvement, and present findings to executive leadership.
  • Oversee HR operations, HRIS administration, and reporting to ensure data integrity, process efficiency, and accurate documentation.
  • Drive change management initiatives and support organizational development efforts to scale the business effectively.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure high performance, professional growth, and operational excellence.
