We are looking to hire a VP, HR to manage all HR Operations. This position will lead the charge in improving existing functions for payroll, benefits, employee onboarding and retention, recruiting, and building new functional capacity as the company continues to grow. This role will function as a trusted business advisor to the leadership and broader management team regarding key organizational decisions and topics. This position is considered as hybrid, requiring minimum 2 days working in office, occasionally even more. This role reports to the SVP, Financial Operations.
