About The Position
We are excited to announce a key leadership opportunity within our HR team at ST Engineering North America. The position of Vice President, HR Shared Services is now open, reporting directly to the Regional Head of Human Resources. In this critical role, the VP of HR Shared Services will lead the HR shared services and operations function for North America, overseeing all processes across the employee lifecycle-from onboarding through offboarding. This position will be pivotal in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and security of employee records and data within SuccessFactors and related systems. This role is essential in optimizing our people processes, ensuring seamless HR operations, and enhancing the employee experience at ST Engineering North America.
