The VP HR and TA will lead a dynamic HR team and serve as a strategic partner to the business. This role uniquely combines HR Business Partner responsibilities with Talent Acquisition leadership, ensuring alignment between workforce planning, organizational development, and recruitment strategies. The VP will drive initiatives that attract, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture across our global operations.
