About The Position
The Vice President of Hotel Operations for Hard Rock International is responsible for overseeing all non-casino hotel operations, including Front Office, Spa, Housekeeping, and Recreation Departments. Reporting to the SVP of Hotel Operations, this role involves developing strategies, policies, and operational plans to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency across the hotel division. The VP will ensure adherence to brand standards and lead initiatives that improve service delivery and financial performance.
