About The Position

The Vice President of Hotel Operations at Hard Rock International is responsible for overseeing all non-casino hotel operations, including Front Office, Spa, Housekeeping, and Recreation Departments. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Hotel Operations, this role involves developing strategies, policies, and operational plans to enhance guest experiences and ensure brand standards are met across all properties. The VP will also manage financial accountability and collaborate with property leadership teams to implement initiatives that drive operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business/hospitality management or related field required; master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of recent management experience, including 10 years in the hospitality industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial, legal, and general reports.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with hospitality technology systems such as PMS, HOTSOS, and Salesforce.
• Proven track record in developing guest experience programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and recommend operating plans and budgets for the hotel division.
• Coordinate and recommend the hotel operations business plan and review results to ensure progress towards objectives.
• Assist senior associates in achieving business results through consultative implementation of programs.
• Maintain effective relationships with customers, vendors, owners, and franchisees.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable rules and regulations of Hard Rock International.
• Develop and implement training and process improvements for Rooms and guest experience.
• Lead and deploy Front Office and Housekeeping initiatives from Hard Rock International.
