About The Position
The VP, Health & Wellness Analytics Dental Growth and Provider Engagement role will be responsible for developing strong analytic solutions to support the penetration and expansion of Dental markets to grow the Health & Wellness platform. The Health and Wellness platform drives $15+B in annual sales with 7+M active cardholders and a key driver of growth for Synchrony. This role will lead all data & analytics efforts for Dental GM and leadership team, which will involve fostering strong partnerships with Health & Wellness senior leadership teams and partners from various functional leaders such as Sales, Marketing, Product, IT, Finance, Credit, Business Development as well as others. This role will also support Provider Engagement analytics across all industries in Health and Wellness, including the Independent Provider segment.
