About The Position

As VP, Group Account Director, you are the heartbeat of the client-agency relationship. You'll lead integrated campaigns across traditional, digital, social, mobile, and retail channels-driving creative excellence and strategic impact. This role is about building trust, inspiring teams, and shaping work that moves culture. Location: New York (preferred) or Miami (alternative)

Requirements

  • 12-14 years of experience in fast-paced agency environments.
  • Proven leadership in Account/Brand Director roles, with a track record of successful pitches and new business wins.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with deep knowledge of the US General Market.
  • Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing remote teams and navigating tight deadlines with grace.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the senior strategic partner to clients, guiding brand development and momentum.
  • Own the scope of work and drive organic growth across assigned business units.
  • Lead client presentations and manage advertising budgets with precision and insight.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships rooted in trust and shared ambition.
  • Collaborate with Planners and Creatives to bring bold ideas to life.
  • Guide the team through the creative process, ensuring work is both strategically sound and culturally resonant.
  • Actively participate in research, testing, and stimulus development to elevate the work.
  • Mentor and manage junior team members, fostering growth and accountability.
  • Provide timely, constructive feedback and lead performance reviews.
  • Teach the art of delivering client feedback and navigating creative conversations.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across agency departments and Publicis partner agencies.
  • Understand and activate agency initiatives (Social, Innovation, Connections) in service of client goals.
  • Monitor scope and identify opportunities for expansion or optimization.
