The Vice President, Global Solutions Engineering will set the vision and lead a world-class global team of solutions engineers. This executive will own the global pre-sales and solutions engineering strategy, ensuring our technical solutions meet customer needs, accelerate revenue growth, and strengthen Kaseya's position as the trusted IT and cybersecurity partner for MSPs and enterprise clients. This is a highly visible role that requires strong executive presence, deep technical expertise, and proven leadership in scaling global SE teams. The VP will work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Partner Success to drive customer adoption, partner enablement, and technical excellence.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting, with at least 5 years in senior leadership (managing global or multi-regional teams).
• Strong background in IT management, cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software.
• Proven ability to lead leaders — experience managing managers and scaling organizations through hyper-growth.
• Familiarity with the Managed Service Provider (MSP) ecosystem strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success influencing product strategy and driving cross-functional alignment across Sales, Product, and Engineering.
• Exceptional executive presence with strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience operating in a high-growth, matrixed environment with global reach.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build, scale, and lead a high-performing global solutions engineering organization across North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.
• Define and execute a best-in-class pre-sales strategy that aligns with Kaseya's growth goals and equips SEs to win technical decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Partner Success to shape GTM strategy, provide market feedback, and influence product roadmap.
• Serve as an executive technical advisor to customers and partners, articulating Kaseya's value proposition and differentiators at the highest levels.
• Establish clear KPIs, reporting, and accountability for SE performance, productivity, and impact on revenue.
• Recruit, mentor, and grow future leaders within the SE function, ensuring career progression and technical excellence.
• Drive adoption and enablement through events, seminars, webinars, and partner training programs globally.
• Act as executive sponsor and escalation point for major opportunities and complex technical evaluations.
• Leverage automation, digital tools, and 1-to-many engagement strategies to support hyper-growth and maximize impact.
