BMO Capital Markets is a leading, full-service financial services provider. We offer corporate and investment banking, treasury management, as well as research and advisory services to clients around the world. We are seeking a results-driven Global Markets Advisor ("GMA") with a proven track record in sales to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide a markets-based suite of risk management solutions through derivative products to BMO Bank's U.S Commercial clients. This role is client facing with primary sales focus on the marketing of Interest Rate ("IR") and/or Foreign Exchange ("FX") risk management solutions. This role requires a strong sales background, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to balance tactical execution with strategic planning to drive measurable results. GMA's are a part of the Global Markets Corporate Sales and Structuring team with key performance indicators linked to business generation across Global Markets. Coverage is based on geographic and/or industry specific verticals within BMO Bank. GMA's partner closely with Commercial Bankers, the Treasury & Payments Solutions team and internal stakeholders to identify new client opportunities and ensure the delivery of Global Markets products to commercial clients.
