About The Position

The VP, Global Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Intuit is a leadership role within the People & Places organization, focused on maximizing employee potential and driving business growth through effective DEI strategies. This position involves designing and delivering solutions that foster an inclusive workplace where every employee can thrive. The role requires a strong understanding of HR processes and a data-driven approach to enhance engagement and belonging among diverse populations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of DEI and/or HR experience, with a proven track record in leading DEI initiatives at scale.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes including performance ratings, compensation initiatives, and succession planning.
  • Proven ability to drive behavior change at all levels of an organization.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills for effective collaboration across global teams.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy to enhance engagement and belonging for diverse populations globally.
  • Lead a cross-functional team to implement scalable DEI learning programs for all organizational levels.
  • Analyze data on the experiences of diverse populations to identify opportunities for equitable behaviors that support engagement and retention.
  • Oversee Intuit's 14 Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to promote awareness, engagement, and community participation.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the Chief Diversity Officer and other leaders on DEI initiatives and organizational change management.
  • Support internal and external DEI communications strategies to share Intuit's DEI story.
  • Provide leadership and development to teams supporting employee experience initiatives.
