This critical role will lead our global compensation strategy, sales incentive design, and global mobility programs while driving strategic initiatives that directly impact our 5,000 colleagues worldwide. Reporting to the SVP, Rewards, People Tech and Insights, you will oversee a team of compensation professionals and partner closely with business leaders across our $1.6B global organization.
