About The Position
As the Vice President of Strategy for GCCs, you lead the strategic design, development, and execution of a multi-year roadmap that encompasses the global strategy for the company's capability centers worldwide. This role will serve as a critical thought partner to executive leadership, aligning GCS (global capability strategy) initiatives to business priorities, and ensuring we unlock long-term value through scalable, globally consistent, and future-ready capabilities. You will oversee enterprise diagnostics, opportunity identification, cross-functional alignment, and implementation planning across mega-processes. The ideal candidate is a strategic operator with a proven ability to drive transformation at scale, translate insights into actionable plans, ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement, and influence across matrixed, global organizations.
