The VP, Global Analytics and AI COE will define and manage the company’s analytics and AI center of excellence, aligned with business objectives and in partnership with the CDAO . This is a highly collaborative role, involving balancing technical expertise with business insight to drive an effective analytics service operating model. This role leads the development and ongoing management of a global, customer-facing analytics and AI shared service organization, responsible for delivering analytics-as-a-service solutions that support both internal collaborators and external partners. The VP will oversee multiple concurrent workloads, ensuring effective resource planning, prioritization, and operational scalability across analytics delivery, AI innovation, and ML Ops. The role also involves translating company goals into an actionable analytics and AI strategy, roadmap, and shared service operating model, promoting the use of advanced tools and platforms.
