As the Vice President, FP&A at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for setting the strategic vision and direction for the FP&A organization. You will collaborate with executive leadership and subject matter authorities worldwide to provide timely and insightful financial analysis and modeling that drives value creating business decisions. You will report to Micron’s EVP & CFO and partner with various global departments within Finance and other key stakeholders across all levels of the organization to help optimize Micron’s financial performance. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Lead financial planning and analysis including annual business plans creation, forecasting, reporting and analysis of revenue for the company, ensuring budgets are collaboratively developed, and communicated Evaluate company portfolios and develop strategies to maximize enterprise value by helping to set targets and develop the company-wide capital allocation strategy Responsible for development and tracking of company-wide critical metrics Partner with the leaders within the Business Unit, Supply Chain and Sales organizations to identify, assess and present strategic initiatives Continually drive alignment and control into the spending process Serve as the management liaison to the Finance Committee; effectively communicate and present critical financial matters at select board of directors and committee meetings Responsible for handling financial communications with the Executive Team including weekly flash, quarterly performance, annual plan, etc. Establish clear return on investment (ROI) metrics for major business expenditures, advising on economic and strategic benefits Develop and utilize complex financial models and data-focused deep dive analyses to provide insight into operations and business performance Support Finance transformation activities Build positive relationships across the finance and accounting teams, with functional leaders across the organization and collaborate with internal and external partners to understand the business’ current state and develop data-driven insights that can be understood and implemented to drive company-wide goals and strategic directions
