Requirements

• 12+ years of industry experience, including 8+ years in financial leadership roles.
• Strong FP&A background in biotech, life sciences, or a high-growth environment.
• Proven ability to drive strategic planning, budget accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Demonstrated experience building and scaling finance operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to the CFO and executive team, delivering insights and recommendations grounded in forward-looking financial modeling.
• Lead all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic modeling processes.
• Translate financial performance into actionable insights, helping shape company direction as we grow.
• Establish and refine processes and systems to support decision-making and financial transparency across the organization.
• Oversee budget planning and cost management aligned with our mission and strategic goals.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to leadership, board members, and investors.
• Support fundraising, IPO readiness, legal compliance, and governance activities as needed.
• Help instill a culture of stewardship and financial integrity throughout Enveda.
