Your Opportunity, Your Team Reporting to the SVP, Chief Financial Officer for QVC US & HSN, the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis supports QVC US & HSN, and serves as the strategic finance partner to US Operations & Supply Chain leadership. Where You'll Work This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our US Headquarters in West Chester, PA, several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, NJ or DE. What You'll Do Lead the FP&A team supporting US Operations across QVC US and HSN, with responsibilities spanning Distribution, Supply Chain, Call Center, CREWS, and Procurement finance Own financial planning, budgeting, and long-range forecasting for Operations - developing integrated business and financial plans that align with the organization's strategic vision Track and report on distribution network optimization and synergy delivery across DCs and call centers, quantifying value capture and surfacing risks and opportunities Partner with Operations SMT as a trusted advisor, bringing analytical rigor and a point of view to strategic initiatives while balancing short-term demands with longer-term thinking Manage capital planning and portfolio tracking, directing financial operations to maximize shareholder value Translate complex financial and operational data into clear narratives that enable leadership to make effective business decisions Develop top talent and build strong succession pipelines, driving performance and productivity across the team What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in a complex retail or consumer-oriented business, with direct accountability for financial planning, analysis, and reporting Experience partnering with Operations and Supply Chain leadership on strategic initiatives including distribution network optimization, logistics, and procurement transformation Track record of influencing senior stakeholders and translating financial insights into business decisions in a matrixed, multi-site environment Hands-on experience with capital planning, budgeting, and long-range forecasting eCommerce experience #LI-Hybrid #LI-MG3 Our Total Rewards package includes benefits you’ll love such as competitive compensation, paid time off, an employee assistance program, parental leave, paid volunteer hours, and amazing company discounts! Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in a complex retail or consumer-oriented business, with direct accountability for financial planning, analysis, and reporting
  • Experience partnering with Operations and Supply Chain leadership on strategic initiatives including distribution network optimization, logistics, and procurement transformation
  • Track record of influencing senior stakeholders and translating financial insights into business decisions in a matrixed, multi-site environment
  • Hands-on experience with capital planning, budgeting, and long-range forecasting
  • eCommerce experience
