As a Financial Consultant at Schwab, you will be procured with the practice of existing Schwab clients, providing them with wealth management and financial planning advice. Over time, you'll grow your practice holistically through client asset consolidation, networking, and earning client referrals.

Responsibilities

  • Provide wealth management and financial planning advice to existing Schwab clients.
  • Grow your practice through client asset consolidation, networking, and earning client referrals.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and deepen client relationships through effective communication strategies.
  • Manage wealth on behalf of clients including retirement planning, education planning, investment management, banking & lending management, insurance & risk management, and estate planning.
  • Engage clients in discussions about market conditions and sound investing principles.

Requirements

  • A valid and active FINRA Series 7 license required.
  • Obtaining or acquiring FINRA Series 66 (63/65) license and Life & Health Insurance as it will be required during your tenure on the job.
