About The Position
Vanguard Skin Specialists is a growing, physician-led medical group with a bold and purpose-driven mission: to deliver outstanding care while building a scalable, sustainable platform for multi-specialty services. With 9 locations, 150 employees, and expanding operations – including a dermatology/plastic surgery/aesthetic services medical practice, an ambulatory surgery center in development, a real estate portfolio, and retail skincare business—we are entering our next phase of growth. We are seeking a versatile, results-driven finance executive who combines the precision of a Controller with the strategic mindset of a CFO. This leader will take full ownership of our finance function today and demonstrate the capability and determination to grow into the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role, helping us build the financial infrastructure to support smart, sustainable growth.
