You'll take the finance reins from our COO, stand up a best-in-class FP&A function, and grow into Kadence's CFO. This is both a builder's role (hands-on, zero-to-one systems) and a strategist's role (guiding capital allocation to optimize growth). You'll get a front-row seat with our board and investors from day one.
