VP, Finance

Kforce's client in Saint Louis, MO is seeking a VP of Finance with a company that is in major growth mode. There is a lot of opportunity for growth! Duties: * VP, Finance will oversee divisional operation controllers and billing teams * Provide high-level accounting and analytical support * Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting * As a VP, Finance, you will partner with Regional Presidents and the CFO in a matrix environment * Drive improvements in revenue recognition, capital spending, and project financials* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA a plus * 10+ years of accounting and Finance experience, with 5+ years in leadership * Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills * Advanced MS Excel skills and ERP/PM software knowledge (NetSuite a plus) * Proven ability to lead teams, manage outcomes, and influence business decisions * Manufacturing or Construction industry experience preferred
