About The Position
The Vice President of Field Force Operations oversees the Field Force Operations function, responsible for developing and advancing the operational capabilities-people, processes, and systems-needed to support the US Pharmaceuticals Customer Engagement team of over 1200 employees. This role plays a critical part in driving the success of the US Pharma product portfolio and ensuring the smooth execution of new product and indication launches. The VP is tasked with optimizing core business processes and improving operational efficiency. Additionally, the VP serves as a key partner to cross-functional leadership teams, including IT, Compliance, and Insights & Analytics, within our new DSO operating model. Reporting directly to the Head of Customer Engagement, the VP of Field Force Operations is a key member of the Customer Engagement leadership team.
