About The Position

Evolus (NASDAQ: EOLS) is a performance beauty company with a customer-centric approach focused on delivering breakthrough products. Evolus is entering a pivotal next chapter of growth. With strong products and a solid foundation in place, the opportunity ahead is to compound that advantage — strengthening the experience, creating new leverage points, and scaling what already works. This role is critical to shaping how that next phase is built. We are seeking an experienced and driven VP, Experiential Innovation and Digital, to join our Digital Team reporting to the SVP, Operations. We are looking for a builder-minded leader — someone energized by rolling up their sleeves, creating leverage with discipline, and turning strong foundations into even stronger experiences. This role is perfect for someone who brings sharp judgment, creative problem-solving, and hands-on execution to the table, without losing sight of the long-term vision. This is a rare opportunity to step into a company with growth momentum and help define how the next era of the Evolus Experience is built — not from scratch, but from strength. If you join our team, you will be working on some of the most exciting opportunities and challenges we face, with a team that values growth, recognition, and camaraderie. If you are looking for an opportunity to exhibit your knowledge and technical abilities in a unique environment, then look no further! In this role, you will be challenged to drive the success of Evolus in an effort to build a brand like no other. Role Overview The Vice President, Experiential Innovation & Digital, leads the evolution of the Evolus Experience through ongoing digital innovation. This role owns the discovery, testing, engineering, and scaling of new digital capabilities that unlock growth and shape how providers, practices, partners, and consumers engage with Evolus. This growth-oriented innovation role translates insight, technology, and experimentation into differentiated experiences and durable growth engines, while enabling engineering excellence through strong strategic partnerships and orchestrating cross-functional execution. Based in Newport Beach, this role balances hands-on execution with long-term vision to ensure Evolus continues to stand apart through experience—not just products. Why This Role Matters Evolus has established a differentiated Performance Beauty Company position in the market. This role exists to ensure that differentiation continues to compound — by elevating the experience, reducing friction, extending the ecosystem through partnerships, and driving disciplined innovation that scales with Evolus over time.
