As the bridge between strategy and execution, you will own and coordinate the delivery and adoption of associate impacting technology changes across the enterprise, ensuring the changes are planned, communicated, executed and sustained with appropriate stakeholder engagement and measurement. You will own the roadmap for enterprise-wide initiatives that move the needle on driving associate satisfaction and productivity through digital transformation, innovation and proactive change management. This role sits within the IT organization and is responsible for driving a portfolio of enterprise initiatives that materially affect the associate experience across the organization. The role acts as an enterprise initiative owner—providing clarity, structure, change management and momentum—while partnering closely with Information Security (Infosec) and Enterprise Technology Operations (ETO) teams who are accountable for technical execution, and Corporate Communications, who are responsible for developing and executing effective communications plans to drive desired outcomes. The role combines strategic thinking, strong program leadership, collaboration and stakeholder influence to translate enterprise priorities into well-defined, outcomes-driven initiatives. The position manages one to two direct reports and serves as a critical integrator across technology, security, operations, comms, HR and business stakeholders.
