About The Position

The VP, Enterprise Applications is a strategic technology and business leader responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of enterprise‑wide applications across a fast‑moving, innovation‑driven semiconductor organization. This executive will oversee a global portfolio of business systems, including ERP, CRM, PLM, SCM, integration platforms, and emerging AI‑driven capabilities, to enable scale, operational excellence, and competitive advantage. This role requires a seasoned transformation leader with deep experience managing large, complex implementation programs, leveraging AI and advanced analytics, and aligning technology platforms to dynamic semiconductor‑industry business models. The ideal candidate blends strong executive presence with hands-on execution excellence, guiding teams and stakeholders through end-to-end system modernization in a rapidly evolving market.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of related experience in Enterprise Applications.
  • 6+ years of leadership experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field of study
  • Proven success leading large-scale implementations.
  • Experience with AI/ML integration.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the global Enterprise Applications strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and semiconductor‑industry growth drivers.
  • Partner closely with executive leadership, including Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Engineering, and HR, to translate business needs into scalable technology capabilities.
  • Develop a multi‑year transformation roadmap that incorporates AI, automation, and data‑driven decision‑making across the enterprise ecosystem.
  • Lead global ownership of enterprise platforms including ERP, CRM, PLM, MES, SCM, HCM, data platforms, and custom applications.
  • Establish governance frameworks for architecture, integration, security, and lifecycle management.
  • Ensure systems support the company’s fabless semiconductor business model, including outsourced manufacturing, supplier collaboration, engineering workflows, and channel‑driven revenue structures.
  • Drive adoption of AI/ML capabilities across enterprise applications to modernize workflows, improve forecasting, enhance operational decisioning, and streamline processes.
  • Partner with Data, Infrastructure, and Engineering leaders to embed intelligent applications across the business.
  • Evaluate, pilot, and scale next‑generation technologies that increase automation and digital maturity.
  • Lead end‑to-end execution of major transformation initiatives, including large system implementations, cloud migrations, modernization programs, and process re-engineering efforts.
  • Establish program governance, KPIs, budget oversight, stakeholder engagement, and delivery excellence.
  • Mitigate risk and ensure high-quality execution across globally distributed teams and vendor partners.
  • Drive continuous improvement across all enterprise applications, ensuring systems are reliable, secure, and optimized for performance.
  • Build a culture of accountability, execution rigor, and results-driven program delivery.
  • Oversee incident response, release management, change control, and compliance readiness.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing global team of application owners, program managers, business analysts, architects, and engineering partners.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration, transparency, and strong business partnership.
  • Promote a culture of innovation grounded in operational excellence and disciplined execution.
