About The Position

As VP Engineering, you will lead the technical vision for the world’s first AI-driven cancer monitoring platform. Requirements

10+ years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in senior technical leadership roles (VP or CTO) scaling complex teams
Deep expertise in modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), data pipelines, and deployment of regulated or clinically validated healthtech products
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance technical excellence and the speed required in a high-growth startup environment

Responsibilities

Define and execute the company’s engineering roadmap, establishing best practices for AI-powered, data-rich, and clinically reliable systems
Build and lead a multidisciplinary engineering organization across AI/ML, backend, frontend, DevOps, and data infrastructure to support rapid growth
Partner with Clinical and AI Research teams to ensure secure, compliant, and production-grade features integrated into clinical workflows
