Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Experience in machine vision imaging, robotics, industrial automation, or networking.
Hands-on experience with FPGA technologies such as Altera.
Proven ability to lead products from inception to end-of-life.
Experience in managing geographically dispersed teams.
Strong foundation in engineering and a hands-on approach to product development.
