Responsible for driving Finance of America's strategic vision for innovative technologies, including generative AI, to enhance business performance, optimize costs, and create tangible value across the company. Oversees the identification, evaluation, and implementation of cutting-edge technologies while ensuring alignment with business goals.   • Develops and executes a comprehensive emerging technology strategy that aligns with Finance of America's long-term objectives.
  • Identifies and evaluates high-impact technology trends, assessing their potential for enterprise adoption and competitive advantage.
  • Leads corporate-wide initiatives to integrate emerging technologies into business processes, fostering innovation and efficiency while partnering with C-suite executives to define and prioritize technology-driven business opportunities.
  • Ensures that emerging technology initiatives align with regulatory frameworks and oversees compliance with SOX IT General Controls and FFIEC best practices.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of risk management, AI, and information technology fields, with 10 years of progressive management experience, including 4 years in a senior management role.
  • 10 years demonstrated senior corporate leadership experience, ideally in building programs across a diversified organization.
  • Knowledge of key U.S. laws and regulations relating to financial services technology and artificial intelligence.
  • Knowledge of a wide range of technologies and how to best leverage them at enterprise scale to achieve strategic objectives that drive enterprise business outcomes.
  • Familiarity with working on mergers, acquisitions, and business transformation efforts.
  • Experience managing large budgets and identifying cost efficiencies.
  • Familiarity with lending and technology industry trends and strategic direction.
  • Strong decision-making capabilities, with the ability to weigh the relative costs and benefits of potential actions and identify the most appropriate action(s).
  • Ability to take initiative, work autonomously, and drive projects forward to completion.
  • Ability to present complex material in an easily understandable format (written or oral) and communicate effectively across groups, including executives, with varying levels of technology knowledge.
  • Highly motivated with an ability to manage open-ended challenges, to prioritize effectively, manage multiple matters, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to stay abreast of rapidly changing technologies and ideas across the lending space.
  • Comfortable working amidst structural uncertainty to bring order and process where there is none.
  • Master's Degree.
