About The Position

Roivant is seeking a VP or Director of Payer Growth to drive new sales and partnerships with health plans/payers across existing Roivant Health incubations. This is a full-time role designed for entrepreneurial leaders who are ready to significantly accelerate the growth and market penetration of our innovative healthcare technology Vants within the payer ecosystem. Requirements

  • Exceptional academic background.
  • Proven track record of successfully signing new payer and strategic partnerships within a fast-paced healthcare technology and/or services company.
  • Deep familiarity with the health insurance ecosystem, including an in-depth understanding of strategic priorities, operational challenges, governance structures, and contracting mechanisms.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently and entrepreneurially in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent strategic, communication, and execution skills.
  • Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills are highly valued.

  • Detailed experience in a specific geography, market or lines of business is welcomed though not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Lead sales and partnership efforts with national and regional payers across lines of business to drive adoption and scale for Roivant Health’s portfolio companies.
  • Drive go-to-market strategy and implementation, including both hands-on lead generation and high-level sales motions to support the entire sales pipeline through to contracting.
  • Support the development and execution of value-based care strategies and contracts in collaboration with Roivant Health and Vant leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with the leadership teams of individual Roivant Health Vants to understand their specific needs and tailor business development approaches for optimal market fit and growth.
  • Provide market insights from the payer landscape back to Roivant Health's incubation teams to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.

Benefits

  • Base salary for this role will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market conditions.
  • The expected base salary for the role will generally be between $150,000 to $200,000 per year.
  • The final salary offered may be outside this range based on individual circumstances and business and market conditions.
  • Base salary if hired is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include other components such as discretionary bonuses and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
