About The Position
The Director of Marketing leads the strategic direction and execution of marketing and corporate communications initiatives at Plaza Home Mortgage. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement through targeted strategies across multiple distribution channels. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in mortgage or financial services marketing, a strong command of digital trends, and a proven track record in client acquisition. This full-time, non-exempt position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and manages a team that may include the Content Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Marketing Associate, Marketing Coordinator, and Marketing Interns. The role also oversees external marketing and communications vendors. The position is based at our San Diego headquarters, with potential for a hybrid work arrangement.
