About The Position

This is a market-making leadership role for someone who thrives at the edge of what already exists. As Director / VP of Expansion , you will lead Partly’s next chapter of international and product growth, taking our AI Infrastructure rails into new regions and new customer segments, and turning early momentum into durable, scalable businesses. You will be responsible for opening markets from zero , shaping how Partly shows up to its first customers, partners, and institutions, and proving — with real usage and revenue — where the company should double down next. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, enterprise relationships, product evolution, and go-to-market execution . You will build early teams, work directly with senior customers, and operate as Partly’s senior representative in new markets — until the business is strong enough to stand on its own. If you enjoy launching new markets, defining categories, and turning ambiguity into momentum, this role is designed for you.

Requirements

  • Senior operator from a high-growth software company , with experience scaling from roughly 100 to 250+ employees
  • Proven track record launching new markets, regions, or product lines , not just scaling mature ones
  • Comfortable operating as the face of the business with senior enterprise customers and partners
  • Strong commercial instincts paired with sound product and operational judgment
  • Able to navigate ambiguity, make decisions with incomplete data, and move markets forward
  • Collaborative leader who works deeply with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations
  • Low-ego, high-ownership mindset with a bias toward clarity, momentum, and long-term impact

Responsibilities

  • Lead global expansion
  • Identify and prioritise new regions, verticals, and customer segments for Partly’s platform
  • Develop clear market entry strategies rooted in real customer problems and demand signals
  • Act as the senior owner for expansion initiatives until they are fully established
  • Launch new markets and products
  • Secure and work closely with early cornerstone customers and partners
  • Shape pilots and early rollouts that validate demand, product fit, and commercial viability
  • Represent Partly externally with credibility — with enterprises, partners, and ecosystem leaders
  • Translate opportunity into scale
  • Work hands-on with Product to evolve the platform based on early market feedback
  • Partner with Marketing to define positioning, narrative, and launch strategy in each new market
  • Collaborate with Operations to ensure delivery quality matches commercial ambition
  • Build and lead expansion teams
  • Hire and lead small, high-calibre regional and functional teams
  • Empower teams to operate autonomously while maintaining strategic coherence
  • Set the standard for how Partly expands responsibly and repeatably
