Safelite is seeking a visionary Vice President of Digital Technology to lead the transformation of our enterprise application ecosystem. Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in software/application development, with at least 5 years in senior leadership.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale modernization and transformation initiatives.
• Deep expertise in agile methodologies, CI/CD, cloud-native development, and enterprise architecture.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Salesforce, and open source technologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a bold application development strategy aligned with enterprise goals and digital transformation initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and empower high-performing teams across Digital, Architecture, Salesforce, and Integrations.
• Champion modernization efforts including cloud migration (AWS preferred, but GCP/Azure valued), microservices architecture, and DevOps practices.
• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of solutions that elevate business operations and customer experiences.
• Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and technology partners to prioritize initiatives and deliver measurable value.
• Own the full technology stack—from programming languages to cloud platforms, enterprise architecture, and SaaS product leadership.
• Attract, retain, and develop top engineering talent.
