The Vice President, Digital Banking Product Manager supports the delivery and ongoing improvement of the Bank’s digital banking solutions. Strong client-service orientation is essential as this position frequently handles escalated digital banking issues. Ensures digital services meet client needs, comply with regulatory requirements, and align with organizational goals. The position works closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain secure, reliable, and user-friendly digital experiences. Responsibilities include supporting product positioning, communicating key benefits, and assisting with the development and management of the product roadmap to bring new products and services to market. This role also requires exceptional client service skills, a professional and calming communication style, and the ability to quickly build trust with clients and team members. Must demonstrate superior issue-resolution abilities, including the ability to effectively de-escalate complex or sensitive situations with clarity, calm and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in banking or financial services, with at least 2 years in digital banking or product management or equivalent experience.
  • Expertise in digital banking platforms and Treasury Management products, technologies, emerging trends, and how clients use them.
  • Strong knowledge of banking regulations, compliance standards, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Reliable, accountable, and maintains a high standard of integrity.
  • Excellent people skills with a friendly, approachable communication style.
  • Able to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Detail oriented with commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative team player who adapts well to changing business needs.
  • Bachelors degree in business, Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AAP, APRP, AFPP, NCP, CTP) are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution and maintenance of, but not limited to Digital Banking and Treasury Management products, including Online/Mobile Banking, Bill Pay, RDC, ACH, Wires, Money Movement Rails and Digital Wallets.
  • Assist with product setup, testing, integration, rollout, and updates.
  • Help research market trends and competitor offerings to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Create and update product documentation such as requirements and user guides.
  • Monitor product performance and client usage to identify areas for enhancement.
  • Ensure systems are functioning correctly and meet performance and compliance expectations.
  • Work with 3rd party technology vendors to maintain platform reliability and meet SLA commitments.
  • Support compliance, risk, and audit activities as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support product delivery, updates, and cross-department changes.
  • Effectively handle escalated digital banking inquiries from clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain training materials to help staff and clients effectively use digital tools.
