As a leader within dentsu, the VP will lead key client relationships while growing leading a team responsible for delivering excellence in retail media, ensuring exceptional campaign execution and performance. The VP will ensure high-quality work through strategic oversight, while balancing best practices, a focus on digital innovation, and operational efficiency. Also, you will help define dentsu Media's holistic commerce and retail media vision and strategy and help create our vision for the future of retail more broadly. The VP will deliver thought leadership to enhance dentsu's reputation as a digital and retail leader and will implement training initiatives to drive a culture of continuous improvement. As a key member of the leadership team, you will collaborate with senior management to manage resources across selected clients. The role includes assisting with driving organic growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and assisting management with future-proofing the dentsu business by providing feedback on market trends, needs, product development, or other opportunities. You will report to the EVP, Global Strategy & Investment.
