About The Position

At BrightWay, we're living our mission to improve the financial well-being of hard-working Americans. Our goal is to transform the way our customers think about and use credit cards, rewarding good behavior in ways that truly add value, while providing experiences that empower and engage, even if that means challenging industry norms. Operating as a startup and owned by OneMain Financial, one of the largest and most successful personal finance companies in the industry, we launched our digital-first suite of credit cards in 2021 and have been on a high growth, fast-track ride of fostering innovative thinking to engage and empower our customers ever since. We continually challenge what a digital finance product can be - employing a customer-first approach in developing all of our products, features, or experiences. We're not afraid to look to outside influences and create new frameworks. We are looking for a Director of Product to lead our Servicing team, responsible for overseeing our existing customer's experiences such as payments, rewards, and account management within the mobile app and across our omni-channel properties. This role is pivotal in ensuring our digital-first experiences align with our mission to help to improve our customer's financial lives, while ensuring we meet our business goals.
