About The Position

The Vice President (VP), Customer Success is a leadership role responsible for co-creating and executing the customer success strategy for Edenred Pay. This leader will focus on driving customer satisfaction and retention by ensuring that our customers achieve their desired outcomes and derive value from our products and services. The VP, Customer Success will manage a dedicated team, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and work closely with senior leadership to enhance customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in customer success in a related field, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Analytical skills to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Experience in co-developing and executing customer success strategies that yield measurable results.
  • Proficiency in customer success software, CRM systems, and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

  • Co-develop and implement a customer success strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Develop and maintain trust-based relationships with C-level customer executives.
  • Oversee the customer journey from onboarding to renewal.
  • Develop programs, processes, and strategic customer touchpoints to drive proactive customer engagement, success, and product adoption.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer success.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of customer success initiatives.
  • Partner with Operations, Sales, Product, Marketing, and other departments to align customer success strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for customer retention and expansion.
  • Provide updates to senior leadership on customer success metrics and account health.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
