Job Description Credit Compliance & Policy Adherence Ensure all credit transactions comply with Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) guidelines, the Bank’s Credit Policy, and internal procedures. Security & Documentation Checks Perform thorough compliance checks on security documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy. Facility Limit Control & Loan Disbursement Manage facility limit controls including line implementation, monitoring, and authorization of loan disbursements. System Data Review Review data entries made by makers across various banking systems such as FLMS, LES, FactorPro, etc. Transaction Reporting & Oversight Review and verify reports detailing all transactions executed by staff to ensure accuracy and compliance. Peer Review Conduct peer reviews of transactions to maintain operational integrity and reduce errors. Staff Guidance & Mentorship Provide guidance and support to junior staff on matters related to facility limits, documentation, and compliance processes. Project Participation & Process Improvement Participate in ad-hoc projects assigned by the Supervisor, including end-to-end process reviews, system change requests, and new initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in the banking or financial services industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior management role.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to translate complex information into actionable plans.
• Deep understanding of financial products, services, and market dynamics, with a proven track record of managing budgets and achieving financial targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to identify problems, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Understanding of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and risk management principles.
