About The Position

T1 Energy is bringing solar manufacturing back to the U.S. by building a domestic solar supply chain. Our mission is to invigorate America with scalable, reliable, and low-cost energy. Our fully operational 5GW solar module facility in Wilmer, Texas, can manufacture more than 20,000 modules every 24 hours. By the time you finish reading this paragraph, we will have produced two solar panels that will power American homes and fuel domestic AI. The Role T1 is seeking to hire a highly analytical and entrepreneurial Vice President of Corporate Finance to help lead strategic financial initiatives. This role will be instrumental in identifying and executing acquisitions, structuring complex financing solutions, and expanding internal investment opportunities. The ideal candidate will bring deep transactional experience and a passion for clean energy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, MBA strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the finance sector and/or corporate finance group at a publicly traded company.
• At least 3 years in a corporate finance and/or M&A role at an investment bank.
• Sharp, analytical mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Exceptional financial modeling, technical, and presentation skills with extreme attention to detail.
• Proven experience managing financing processes across debt, equity, and project finance.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in utilities and renewables is a strong plus.
