The VP, Corporate Events will report to the Senior Vice President, NBCU Corporate Events. This role involves researching, developing, managing, and executing special events for all NBCUniversal properties, both nationally and internationally. The VP will negotiate contracts for event accommodations, entertainment venues, activities, transportation, and more. They will also create, ideate, design, and install floor plans, décor plans, and event branding. Additionally, the VP will manage the guest invitation/communication process and travel procurement for each assigned event, own the tracking of event budgets and reconciliation, and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand their clients’ needs for custom events and promotions.
