About The Position
The VP of Corporate Development will work in partnership with other executive members of the Corporate Development team to lead all activities relating to enterprise and business strategic investments, partnerships, M&A, and related activity. This role involves driving all aspects of the enterprise corporate development process from start to finish, including mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, minority stakes, strategic partnerships, reinsurance structures, capital management, and other financial or strategic transactions. The VP will partner with businesses and executive management to develop corporate development strategies aligned with strategic priorities and enhance internal capabilities to execute corporate development and M&A initiatives.
