About The Position
Onto Innovation is currently seeking an experienced Vice President, Corporate Controller for a leading semiconductor capital equipment manufacturing company. This position oversees the global accounting function, including SEC and financial reporting, technical accounting and policy, consolidation and financial systems, and shared services functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in the CFO's leadership team ensuring compliance in financial and regulatory reporting and contribute to the organization's strategic vision through process improvements and collaboration across various departments.
