About The Position
The VP, Corporate Clubs Operations is responsible for planning, leading, and overseeing the operational excellence of the company's approximately 270+ and growing corporate owned clubs. This role will manage the Field Operations teams, ensuring that the clubs meet the highest brand standards of service, cleanliness, safety, and member satisfaction. The VP, Corporate Club Operations will be responsible for P&L and capital expenditure management across the portfolio and will lead the execution of cross-functional initiatives and best practices across all clubs.
