About The Position
The Vice President of Construction Management for Cardinal Group Development is responsible for overseeing all active construction projects. This includes pre-development work, GMP negotiation, day-to-day project oversight and closeout. The VP is also responsible for managing, mentoring and creating the work flows for a team of direct report construction managers.
Requirements
- 10 years minimum construction management experience
- Experience at large general contractor
- GMP negotiation
Responsibilities
- Pre-development pricing exercises and coordination with Design Management
- GMP negotiation
- Day-to-day construction management oversight of active projects
- Full closeout and turnover of projects
