The Vice President, Commercial Operations will captain an evolution in our sales focus and investment to capture more share of significant market growth. In the face of high market demand, growing sales channels, and increased revenue growth we will be increasing our sales & marketing investment significantly. Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in commercial operations, sales operations, revenue operations, or related functions.
  • 7–10 years of leadership experience, with proven success managing senior-level teams across multiple commercial disciplines.
  • Demonstrated track record of scaling commercial operations in high-growth organizations (preferably in healthcare, technology, or other complex, regulated industries).
  • Hands-on experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, pricing models, and contract negotiations.
  • Experience leading CRM systems and sales enablement tools implementations (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Background in P&L management and financial planning is appreciated.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company’s commercial operations strategy in alignment with overall business goals.
  • Partner with executive leadership to define growth priorities and establish clear commercial objectives.
  • Provide thought leadership on operational best practices to support a fast growing organization and improve all systems and processes to best practice grade.
  • Oversee sales operations including forecasting, pipeline management, territory design, and incentive programs.
  • Implement tools, processes, and analytics to improve sales productivity and effectiveness.
  • Create and deliver meaningful management reporting and insight into Sales, Marketing and Client Success metrics and opportunities.
  • Lead the development of pricing, contracting, and deal governance frameworks to maximize profitability.
  • Monitor revenue performance, set KPIs, and establish dashboards for executive reporting.
  • Drive continuous improvement in sales, renewal, and revenue cycle processes to ensure efficiency and scalability.
  • Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Customer Success to align commercial activities.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between go-to-market teams to deliver a consistent customer experience.
  • Build and optimize commercial processes, systems, and infrastructure to support rapid growth.
  • Lead CRM and other technology implementations to enhance data quality and decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards in all commercial activities.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing commercial operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
  • Mentor and coach team to strengthen commercial acumen.
