About The Position

Unlock Health is seeking a passionate and results-driven VP, Client Partner to join our integrated marketing client experience team. This individual will lead a complex book of client business where deliverables range from brand strategy, creative development & production, media planning & buying, analytics, digital transformation & consultancy and website maintenance/redesigns. This leader plays a vital role in managing client relationships, ensuring strong strategic guidance, executing engagements flawlessly, mentoring internal team members, and driving growth. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of account management process and principles, our clients’ business needs, and experience leading integrated marketing strategies & campaigns.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in account management or client services
  • 4+ years’ experience leading account services team(s) across a matrixed organization
  • Experience developing and executing omnichannel campaigns (from strategy development through campaign performance and measurement)
  • Healthcare or Behavioral Health industry experience is a plus
  • Digital transformation or website development experience a plus
  • Strong client presentation & interpersonal team skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results and exceed expectations

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for a book of business of 6-8 client accounts which can vary dependent on size and complexity
  • Leads and mentors 2-5 account team members
  • Responsible for owning relationships with clients, ensuring goals are met and revenue growth targets are achieved
  • Utilizes experience and skills to engage in high-level client interactions, strategic planning, account growth strategies and ensures team’s adherence to best practices and performance standards
  • Possesses fluency when it comes to representing Unlock capabilities and services, and how to apply them to clients’ needs
  • Collaborates with Creative, Strategy, Media, Content, Web Dev and Mar Tech teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, digital strategies, traditional marketing opportunities and other initiatives that support client objectives
  • Works in partnership with project management team to ensure cohesive delivery of client strategy with internal resource and budget management
  • Identifies and raise potential issues or barriers that may be putting work or client relationship(s) at risk
  • Serves as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients, ensuring timely and effective communication and issue resolution
  • Maintains an understanding of healthcare industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements that impact client business
  • Supports new business opportunities with RFP responses and pitch presentations if requested
  • Travels for internal and client meetings/presentations as needed
