About the position
The Vice President - Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) provides vision, leadership, organizational direction, and management to the Region. Has accountability to ensure that all key constituency groups are aligned, achieving Strategic Operating Plan (SOP) and adhering to Aspirus' Pillars. Engaged in and accountable for leadership, operations, and management of the functions assigned under the direction of the Regional President. In addition to presence at Howard Young Medical College in Woodruff, this position will also support the Eagle River Hospital in Eagle River and requires travel between each location.
Requirements
- Knowledge and experience in the following normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor of Science degree in a related field, master's degree desired.
- Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare delivery, operations and financial management practices.
- 7-10 years of healthcare leadership experience including responsibility for clinical departments, program management, clinical outreach, quality, and process improvement is desired.
