About The Position

Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration.
  • 10 years of related work experience, including 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience managing and building applications teams.
  • Strong experience in running application and digital projects successfully.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting complex concepts to senior management and non-technical groups.
  • Ability to lead by example and build relationships across diverse organizations.
  • Strong vendor management skills and budget management capabilities.
  • Ability to develop and implement long-term technology strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Skilled in driving organizational change and fostering adoption of new technologies.
  • Capacity to leverage emerging technologies like AI, cloud computing, and automation for innovation.
  • Strong understanding of business operations and financial drivers related to technology solutions.
  • Skilled in negotiating contracts and resolving conflicts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the US Business Applications, HRIS, and Digital teams to deliver best-in-class customer engagement and operational products.
  • Define and deliver the strategy for business applications supporting corporate headquarters and LA venues.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including selection, implementation, and financial monitoring of business applications.
  • Oversee the in-venue technology strategy for Crypto.com Arena, Peacock Theater, and Dignity Health Sports Park.
  • Coordinate ecommerce and payment solutions across the Los Angeles estate, supporting sponsor initiatives.
  • Support AEG Global Partnerships in acquiring new partners and renewing existing ones, focusing on technology and innovation.
  • Promote innovation through new technology and digital transformation to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Manage team members delivering products developed using Microsoft PowerApps.
  • Support the premium sales business at Arena through technology to drive revenue and sales productivity.
  • Lead the relationship between AXS and LA-based businesses regarding ticketing matters.
  • Develop, prioritize, and execute the digital strategy to meet commercial and operational ambitions.
